THE FIX IS IN: Reuters Trumps, Dumps CNN Claim of Secret Service Warning To Donald Trump

The Reuters news service has poured cold water on CNN’s overheated claim that the Secret Service warned Donald Trump’s campaign that his gun rights rhetoric seemed to threaten the safety of Hillary Clinton.

Reuters reported that “a federal official on Wednesday said the U.S. Secret Service had not formally spoken with Republican Donald Trump’s presidential campaign regarding his suggestion a day earlier that gun rights activists could stop Democratic rival Hillary Clinton from curtailing their access to firearms.”

Trump gleefully broadcast Reuters’ refutation of the CNN article.

A BITTER GENERAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN BEGINS

On Tuesday, Democrats, and many parts ofthe established media, claimed that Trump had casually threatened Hillary Clinton during an off-the-cuff campaign speech. This media-magnified claim — just like other claims, whether true or not — helps the Democrats’ push their narrative that Trump is too unstable to risk putting in the White House.

Here are Trump’s comments that Democrats used to create the media furor;

Hillary wants to abolish — essentially abolish the Second Amendment. By the way, if she gets to pick, if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don’t know. But I tell you what, that will be a horrible day, if Hillary gets to put her judges in, right now we’re tied.

CNN kept the controversy going Wednesday evening with a claim that Secret Service officials warned Trump’s campaign about the remarks. In an updated version of the article published at 8.30 pm, CNN claimed:

A US Secret Service official confirms to CNN that the USSS has spoken to the Trump campaign regarding his Second Amendment comments.

“There has been more than one conversation” on the topic, the official told CNN.

However, CNN also undermined its own 8.30 pm article by saying that “it’s unclear at what level in the campaign structure the conversations occurred.”

The Reuters article was published 8.57 pm, or almost 30  minutes later. Headlined, “Official: No formal Secret Service discussions with Trump camp on remark,” the Reuters article said:

A federal official on Wednesday said the U.S. Secret Service had not formally spoken with Republican Donald Trump’s presidential campaign regarding his suggestion a day earlier that gun rights activists could stop Democratic rival Hillary Clinton from curtailing their access to firearms.

… Earlier CNN had reported that there had been multiple conversations between the campaign and the agency.

In the late afternoon, Trump had scoffed at the CNN’s claim of Secret Service concern.

Exclusive — Donald J. Trump: ‘Guilty as Hell’ Hillary Clinton ‘Will Pay for Her Sins on Nov. 8’

Donald J. Trump, the presumptive 2016 GOP presidential nominee, told Breitbart News exclusively on Wednesday that his Democratic counterpart presumptive nominee Hillary Clinton is “guilty as hell” over the email scandal. And Trump says the voters will ensure that Clinton “will pay for her sins” by rejecting her at the ballot box.

“It’s a totally rigged system,” Trump said when asked to react to the news that FBI director James Comey announced that the bureau would not be recommending charges against Clinton on Tuesday. “She was guilty as hell. She’s guilty as can be. You look at what went on and it’s just point after point after point where she’s guilty, including the missing 30,000 emails. 30,000 emails were wiped clean! The server, there’s so many other aspects on which she’s guilty—and there’s so many other people who were guilty for far less. This is a tremendous miscarriage of justice.”

Comey announced during a press event on Tuesday that the FBI would not be recommending criminal charges against Hillary Clinton over her home-brew email server. Despite that recommendation, Comey proceeded to detail how everything Clinton has said about this matter has been a lie. Specifically, Comey proved that Clinton did send and receive emails that were marked classified at the time, that Clinton did not provide all emails in a transparent manner to the State Department, and that Clinton’s attorneys did not review every single email. Those three points, in addition to being politically devastating for Clinton, were also instances where—as Breitbart News’s Joel Pollak has shown—she perjured herself under oath in testimony before Congress.

When asked about that, Trump told Breitbart News that it is clear Clinton “lied” to Congress during her testimony before the House Select Committee on Benghazi.

“Yes, she lied to Congress,” Trump said. “She lied to everybody. That’s what she does is she lies, and then she gets away with it. But the voters are going to end her lying. It’s going to come to a conclusion on Nov. 8.”

“She told tremendous lies,” he added.

Trump also believes that Clinton could face congressionally pushed charges if the House Select Committee on Benghazi, and the congressional leadership, decided to pursue charges.

“I think the Committee would have the option to do that, certainly,” Trump replied when asked if Congress should file charges against Clinton.

A spokesman for the Committee, which is chaired by Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC), has not immediately responded to a request for comment from Breitbart News.

When asked whom he trusts more to hold Clinton accountable for her actions—Congress or the voters—Trump replied that Hillary Clinton will pay the ultimate price for her “sins” on election day.

“Hillary Clinton will be judged by the voters on Nov. 8,” Trump said. “She will fail. And listen, on Nov. 8, she will pay for her sins. She will fail.”

Trump also praised former House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform chairman Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA), who earlier on Wednesday during an interview on Breitbart News Daily on SiriusXM Channel 125 laid out how to change this travesty of justice that places even the power to appoint an independent special prosecutor with Loretta Lynch, the attorney general. Lynch, last week, had a secret meeting in Phoenix with former President Bill Clinton–Hillary’s husband–for which she has come under enormous political scrutiny. She has refused to appoint an impartial, not politically or personally motivated investigator in this matter–and now Hillary Clinton wants to keep her on as attorney general in the new administration. Issa, who has battled with the Department of Justice in this administration for its politically tainted motivations under now former Attorney General Eric Holder over Operation Fast and Furious, told Breitbart News Daily host Stephen K. Bannon that Congress must attach to must-pass legislation a provision that allows Congress to bring criminal charges against administration officials rather than relying on the administration to hold itself accountable.

Issa said during the show:

We do not have an independent justice system in the courts–in other words, the judges–if we do not have an independent system at the Department of Justice. And that’s what we saw yesterday. The Department of Justice cannot be subordinated to the president when it is enforcing laws by the president or his cabinet or his administration. That’s what has to be corrected by Congress. We have to create some teeth to what was once known as the Independent Consul because Congress or some other body must be able to bring criminal charges before the court, before the people, so they can react. Otherwise Lois Lerner gets a free pass, Eric Holder gets a free pass, and yes Hillary Clinton gets a free pass.

Issa asked the listeners of Breitbart News Daily and the voters across America to call Congress and demand that that such a measure that would grant Congress such power would be attached to a must-pass piece of legislation–and then force the president to choose to either shut down the government or agree to the measure allowing Congress to bring criminal charges against administration officials.

While Trump didn’t fully endorse Issa’s idea, he praised Issa as a great leader when asked about it during Wednesday’s Breitbart News exclusive interview.

“I have great respect for Congressman Issa,” Trump said. “And I can say that obviously the system is not working too well. He’s [Issa] been great. He’s been so helpful.”

More from Trump’s latest exclusive interview with Breitbart News is forthcoming.

Trump on Clinton Keeping Lynch as Attorney General: ‘It’s a Bribe!’

Presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump suggested presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton was bribing Attorney General Loretta Lynch during his campaign rally in Raleigh, North Carolina on Tuesday night.

“I think it’s a bribe!” Trump stated, reacting to a recent New York Times report where Clinton said she may keep Lynch on as Attorney General if she’s elected President of the United States.

“Democrats close to Mrs. Clinton say she may decide to retain Ms. Lynch, the nation’s first black woman to be attorney general,” the New York Times reported on Sunday – two days before FBI director James Comey suggested no criminal charges should be filed against Clinton for using a private email server during her time as Secretary of State.

“It’s a bribe!” Trump charged. “How can you say that?”

“I mean the Attorney General is sitting there saying, ‘If I get Hillary off the hook, I’m going to have four more years or eight more years, but if she loses, I’m out of a job.’ It’s a bribe. It’s a disgrace,” the presumptive Republican nominee challenged.

Trump spent most of his campaign rally speaking at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts about Comey’s press conference and the fact that no charges have been filed against Clinton.

“I thought – everybody thought – based on what was being said, she was guilty,” Trump alleged of his rival, saying it’s “really amazing” there won’t be any charges. “Today is the best evidence ever that we’ve seen that our system is absolutely, totally rigged.”

“Bernie Sanders was right about a couple of things, he’s right about the system being rigged!” Trump declared, defending Clinton’s primary challenger Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT). “He was waiting for the FBI primary.”

“He lost the FBI primary,” Trump joked. “Bernie, my poor Bernie!”

“I feel so badly for Bernie,” he added.

Trump said Comey called Clinton’s conduct extremely careless.

“We’re talking about serious stuff,” the billionaire added. “The laws are very explicit. Stupidity is not a reason you’re going to be innocent.”

Washington Post: Trump’s America First Trade Message Has Hillary Clinton, Unions ‘Rattled’

Listen to Military Veteran Talk Radio
iHeart.SmythRadio.com

by BREITBART NEWS4 Jul 2016933

This story first appeared in the Washington Post:

PHILADELPHIA — Three dozen union workers gathered outside city hall here on Thursday to rally against the global free-trade deals they believe have harmed Americans like them. Their candidate was Katie McGinty, the Democrats’ nominee for Senate in Pennsylvania. But their spiritual leader was Republican Donald Trump.

“He recognized there’s some problems we need to solve,” said McGinty, who is challenging Sen. Patrick J. Toomey (R), afree-trade advocate. “One, we have to stop bad trade agreements. . . . And two, we have to take the Chinese on when they manipulate their currency and dump goods in our markets.”

Just two days earlier, Trump had delivered a blistering speech at an aluminum recycling plant near Pittsburgh in which he called U.S. trade policies a “politician-made disaster” that has betrayed the working class. McGinty, surrounded by electricians, pipe fitters and steelworkers, declared that while Trump usually spouts “nonsense,” he had, in this case, “recognized a couple of truths.”

Of the many ways Trump, the GOP’s presumptive presidential nominee, has scrambled the 2016 campaign, it is his position on trade that has presented one of the most unexpected challenges for his rival, Hillary Clinton, the likely Democratic nominee. In an election season animated by economic anxiety, Trump, a New York business mogul, bucked Republican orthodoxy and powerful business interests such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in an appeal to blue-collar Republicans that helped propel him t o victory in the GOP primaries.

Clinton, who scrambled to move left on trade during her tough primary fight against Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, now finds herself again facing attacks on the issue — this time from Trump. He used his Pittsburgh-area speech to disparage her association with a pair of major trade agreements — one negotiated by President Bill Clinton’s administration and the other by President Obama’s while she served as secretary of state.

For Hillary Clinton, the risk is not necessarily losing support directly to Trump but rather not inspiring enough enthusiasm among rank-and-file union workers, whose turnout and ground-level organizing have traditionally been crucial for Democrats.

Brexit: Britain Votes with Trump, against Hillary, Obama

AP

by JOEL B. POLLAK23 Jun 20162,779

British voters chose to “leave” the European Union on Thursday, defying the polls — and President Barack Obama, who had urged Britain to “remain” in the EU. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had also urged Britain to stay in the EU. Only Donald Trump had backed the campaign to leave.

Republican strategists had panned Trump’s decision to travel to the UK in the midst of campaign turmoil, and in the wake of his blistering attack on Hillary Clinton earlier this week.

Now, however, it looks like a risk that paid off handsomely, in the currency of foreign policy credibility.

Obama’s advice may have pushed some voters to “leave.” In April, he warned British voters they would be at the “back of the queue” in trade with the U.S. if they left the EU. Some, like Andrew Roberts, took offense, writing in the Wall Street Journal:

Surely—surely—this is an issue on which the British people, and they alone, have the right to decide, without the intervention of President Obama, who adopted his haughtiest professorial manner when lecturing us to stay in the EU, before making the naked threat that we would be sent “to the back of the queue” (i.e., the back of the line) in any future trade deals if we had the temerity to vote to leave.

Was my country at the back of the line when Winston Churchill promised in 1941 that in the event of a Japanese attack on the U.S., a British declaration of war on Japan would be made within the hour?

Were we at the back of the line on 9/11, or did we step forward immediately and instinctively as the very first of your allies to contribute troops to join you in the expulsion of the Taliban, al Qaeda’s hosts, from power in Afghanistan?

Or in Iraq two years later, was it the French or the Germans or the Belgians who stood and fought and bled beside you? Whatever views you might have over the rights or wrongs of that war, no one can deny that Britain was in its accustomed place: at the front of the line, in the firing line. So it is not right for President Obama now to threaten to send us to the back of the line.

Hillary Clinton also backed a “remain” vote in April, with a senior policy adviser issuing a statement on her behalf:

Hillary Clinton believes that transatlantic cooperation is essential, and that cooperation is strongest when Europe is united. She has always valued a strong United Kingdom in a strong EU. And she values a strong British voice in the EU.

Trump, who happens to be in Scotland toopen a golf resortpromised in May that leaving the EU would not put Britain at the “back of the queue,” and said: “I think if I were from Britain I would probably want to go back to a different system.” He reiterated that support last week, telling the Sunday Times: “I would personally be more inclined to leave, for a lot of reasons like having a lot less bureaucracy. … But I am not a British citizen. This is just my opinion.”

Roger Stone Has Three Questions About Huma Abedin That Hillary WON’T Answer

by ROGER STONE15 Jun 2016203

Hillary Clinton can run from questions about her top aide Huma Abedin, but she can’t hide.

Earlier this week as America was trying to make sense of the deadliest case of Islamic terrorism on US soil since 9/11, I wrote a detailed article here at Breitbart News that laid out the clear factual case about Hillary Clinton’s top assistant Huma Abedin.

I showed how she has deep, clear, and inarguable connections to a Saudi Arabian official named Abdul Omar Naseef, a powerful Kingdom insider who has helped lead a group called the Muslim World League.

The Muslim World League is the huge “charity” whose goal is to spread Islam throughout the world and which has been connected to terror groups like Al Qaeda.

If that sounds like a serious accusation, you’re damn right it is.

I said that it’s time for Hillary Clinton to give Americans straight answers about Huma.

The reaction was typical: Hillary Clinton blew off questions from the press, who went into full protection mode to cover her. But like I always say, any day you’re attacked by both David Brock and Keith Olbermann is a good day.

Listen to Military Veteran Talk Radio
iHeart.SmythRadio.com
Facebook.com/SmythRadio

Let’s make this very simple.

I’m going to give a list of three questions that any media outlet in the world can ask Hillary Clinton to give some straightforward answers to. All Hillary has to do is answer the questions and Americans are going to see that there is a very real connection here that should have them very worried that this woman has been anywhere near the White House, much less been Hillary’s top confidant for the last 20 years.

The three questions are very simple, very straightforward, and, frankly, anybody can research the answers themselves. They are:

1) What is Huma’s relationship with a Saudi Arabian official named Abdullah Omar Naseef?

2) Was he the founder of a Saudi charity called the Rabita Trust?

3) Right after 9/11, was the Rabita Trust put on a list by the U.S. government of groups that were funding terrorism?

Listen to Military Veteran Talk Radio
iHeart.SmythRadio.com
Facebook.com/SmythRadio

That’s it. Three very simple questions.

Anybody else out there who is concerned about this issue can put pressure on Hillary Clinton and the media themselves, by using social media like Twitter and Facebook to say: “answer the three questions about Huma.”

Hillary Clinton is not some princess and America is not some Muslim kingdom — yet. She’s a public official, and as citizens, we have a right to know who she’s giving access to. We have a right to know who she could be sharing state secrets with.

We’re under deadly threat and the media had better start doing their job and informing us, rather than being Hillary Clinton’s defense team.

Answer the three questions about Huma, Hillary… because I’m not going to stop asking them.

Leaked DNC Files: Dems Planned to Hit Trump With Widely Discredited Hit Piece Falsely Accusing Him of Rape

Top allies of Democratic presumptive nominee Hillary Clinton planned to falsely accuse presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump of rape, a leaked file from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) shows.

The table of contents of the file shows that midway through the Democrats’ anti-Trump document is the supposed revelation that “Trump’s ex-wife accused him of rape.”

That entire section of the document includes references to a widely discredited hit piece from The Daily Beast’s Tim Mak.

“Donald Trump’s Ex-Wife Ivana Has Used The Words ‘Violated’ And ‘Rape’ To Describe a Sexual Encounter With Trump,” reads the subheading of that section.

Then it quotes from the headline and subheadline of Mak’s article from late July 2015. “Ex-Wife: Donald Trump Made Me Feel ‘Violated’ During Sex” was the headline and the sub-headline read: “Ivana Trump Once Accused The Real-Estate Tycoon Of ‘Rape’ Although She Later Clarified: Not In The ‘Criminal Sense.’”

The Democratic Party document repeated the accusation, which the Trump campaign was hit with in its earliest days as Mak and Fox News talk show host Megyn Kelly rushed the story on air before verifying its contents, over and over again.

The document quotes from Mak’s article:

Listen to Military Veteran Talk Radio
iHeart.SmythRadio.com
Facebook.com/SmythRadio

It was an unfortunate turn of phrase for Trump—in more ways than one. Not only does the current front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination have a history of controversial remarks about sexual assault, but as it turns out, his ex- wife Ivana Trump once used ‘rape’ to describe an incident between them in 1989. She later said she felt ‘violated’ by the experience.

The document from the DNC quotes no other sources for the allegations but continues to go through claims about an interview regarding the story that Trump attorney Michael Cohen had given to The Daily Beast—and a follow-up on that part specifically, as reported by The Hill newspaper.

But the DNC document makes no mention of the fact that Ivana Trump—the woman who originally made the accusation in fury during divorce proceedings, but has since become friendly again with her ex-husband—said the accusations were not true the very next day.

Ivana Trump told CNN right after the story broke in The Daily Beast:

I have recently read some comments attributed to me from nearly 30 years ago at a time of very high tension during my divorce from Donald. The story is totally without merit. Donald and I are the best of friends and together have raised three children that we love and are very proud of. I have nothing but fondness for Donald and wish him the best of luck on his campaign. Incidentally, I think he would make an incredible president.

Ironically, The Daily Beast never made any attempt to verify the story with Ivana Trump before rushing the 1,700-word smearto print back in July. What’s perhaps most important about this situation is that, despite the story being entirely disproven about Trump—disproven by his own ex-wife no less— the DNC wanted to send Trump through the exact same ringer again at one point or another during the forthcoming battle with Hillary Clinton. The Democrats clearly care not one bit about accuracy, since the Party’s official opposition research files on Trump don’t even include the full story—or the fact that said accusations have been discredited.

The DNC opposition research file stolen by Russian hackers and printed online by Gawker among others contains many other planned hits on Trump, but nothing substantial enough to cause Trump much worry. Trump, in a statement, even said he believes the DNC did this on their own to distract from Hillary Clinton’s ever-burgeoning email scandal.

“We believe it was the DNC that did the ‘hacking’ as a way to distract from the many issues facing their deeply flawed candidate and failed party leader,” Trump said. “Too bad the DNC doesn’t hack Crooked Hillary’s 33,000 missing emails.”

This playbook–falsely accusing Trump of rape–comes as new polling shows that Americans don’t view Hillary Clinton becoming the first woman to win the presidential nomination of either major U.S. political party to be “historic.” As Democrats and Hillary Clinton gear up to play the “woman card” over and over again against Trump, the Morning Consult poll–as Breitbart News previously reported–shows that they could care less about the phony Democratic “war on women” narrative.

Exclusive — Donald J. Trump: Jobs Data ‘Shocking,’ ‘Only Going to Get Worse’ if Clinton

David J. Phillip/AP

by MATTHEW BOYLE8 Jun 2016Washington, DC3,096

Billionaire developer Donald J. Trump, the presumptive Republican nominee for President of the United States, told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview on Wednesday that the anemic economic growth —  just 38,000 new jobs in the month of May is a “shocking development.”

Trump says that under the economic policies of President Barack Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, things are “only going to get worse” because the “incentive” to do well in America has been destroyed by the institutional left.

SIGN UP FOR OUR NEWSLETTER

Trump said of the jobs numbers:

It’s a shocking development. It’s a shocking development, and it’s only going to get worse because so many companies are leaving our country because of taxes, because of regulations, because of so many other reasons and restrictions. There’s so many companies leaving the country and it’s literally a shocking number when you see that. If that were in China, if that were in some of these countries where they’d get down to 7 percent GDP, they’d raise the alarm systems. When I heard 38,000—it’s the lowest in seven years—when I heard that number I was absolutely shocked. Shocked in one sense, but not that surprised in another sense—because there’s no reason for us to be doing well. There’s so little incentive in the country—the incentives have been taken away. There’s so little incentive in the country. Obama has done a terrible job with the economy. The number of course—to show you how phony the number is, of course we have the lowest job number in 7 years with the 38,000, and the unemployment rate went down from 5 to 4.7 percent or whatever number it was.

Trump added that the unemployment rate’s fall from five percent down to 4.7 percent is a “phony” tumble, because people are not working anymore—and have given up trying to work in the Obama-Clinton economy.

“They’re phony numbers,” Trump said. “People have given up looking for work, and they’re taken off the unemployment rolls.”

He added that record high levels of Americans outside the workforce—now nearly 100 million who could be working—means the signs for the future are grim.

“Almost 100 million people are out of the workforce,” Trump said. “And those people are considered ‘employed.’”

advertisement

Trump said that under his administration, things will be different because he will create an environment conducive to economic growth and job creation. Trump said:

Number one, we’re lowering taxes. Very important, for the middle income, for everybody. We’re lowering taxes for everybody but big league for business so that business can thrive. That’s going to have a tremendous effect. But we’re lowering taxes. Number two, and very importantly, we’re going to make it very difficult for companies to leave our country—where they fire people and leave our country—and number three we’re not going to allow countries to devalue their currencies like they do without a penalty. So if China or other countries, like they do, devalue their currencies, they’re going to have to pay a very big penalty. In a way it’s a form of cheating.

More from Trump’s latest exclusive interview with Breitbart News after he and Clinton became the official presumptive nominees of their parties is forthcoming.

Google ‘Directly Engaged’ In Clinton Campaign, Says Julian Assange

The Associated Press

by LUCAS NOLAN8 Jun 2016671

“[Google] is directly engaged in Hillary Clinton’s campaign” claimed Julian Assange at a Moscow journalism forum on Tuesday.

The Wikileaks founder who is still under investigation by the Swedish government over allegations of sexual assault was speaking via video link to the “New Era of Journalism: Farewell to Mainstream” forum in Moscow when he made the claim that tech giant Google was complicit in the running of Hillary Clinton’s digital campaign.

SIGN UP FOR OUR NEWSLETTER

Specifically, Assange claimed, “The chairman of Google, Eric Schmidt, set up a company to run the digital component of Hillary Clinton’s campaign.”

Eric Schmidt did in fact create a company in the last quarter of 2015 called The Groundwork whose website is empty except for a single placeholder logo. Breitbart has previously reported on The Groundworkand how it was reportedly developed to install Clinton in the Oval Office. However, whether or not Google itself is a part of Schmidts’ involvement in The Groundwork remains unclear to the public.

Assange pointed out that many high up Google employee names appear within Clinton’s leaked email transcripts, a searchable list of which Assange hascompiled here. A name that appears with regularity is that of Jared Cohen, the founder of ‘Google Ideas’ – now rebranded as ‘Jigsaw’. Cohen’s team at Google was revealed to be working with Clinton alongside Al Jazeera in attempts to influence regime change in Syria following the publishing of Clinton’s emails by Wikileaks.

“We should understand that Google… is intensely aligned with U.S. exceptionalism… personally at the top aligned with Hillary Clinton’s election campaign and almost certainly once Hillary Clinton becomes president, those people in Google, like Jared Cohen, will be placed into positions around the new Clinton presidency” said Assange, heavily implying that Google and it’s employees could directly benefit from a Clinton presidency.

Assange highlighted the alarming control that Google has over its users’ data and the information received and kept by the search engine giant.

advertisement

“Google controls 80 percent of the smartphone market through its control of Android and if you control the device itself – that people use to read – then anything that they connect to through that device you have control over as well.”

Outside of the native OS found on Apple’s iPhone, Google’s monopoly on remaining smartphone market may be behind why companies such as Samsung are considering dropping Android in favour of their own OS

It’s not hard to imagine how any form of manipulation of certain search returns and political polls may greatly benefit a presidential candidate or push a political agenda. If Assange is correct in his assertion that links Google to the Clinton campaign, then the search engine could have a major impact on the Presidential race. Assange also pointed out that Google has had no trouble working with the Obama administration.

“Google has gotten into bed with the Obama administration in a very significant way,” stated Assange. “It is the company that visits the White House more than any other – averaged once per week in the last 4 years.”

Donald Trump: ‘Crooked Hillary’ Wants to Take Your Guns–and Keep Her ‘Fully Armed’ Security

by AWR HAWKINS21 May 2016994

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump tweeted that Hillary Clinton wants to disarm average Americans–while living her life surrounded by security who are “fully armed.”

Trump tweeted, “Crooked Hillary wants to get rid of all guns, and yet she is surrounded by bodyguards who are fully armed.” He suggested Clinton needs to apply the same rule to herself that she seeks to apply to everyday Americans and proclaimed, “No more guns to protect Hillary!”

Trump’s tweet comes the day after he stood in front of thousands at the NRA Leadership Forum in Louisville, Kentucky, where he described Clinton as “the most anti-gun, anti-Second Amendment candidate ever to run for office.”

He added, “And as I’ve said before, she wants to abolish the Second Amendment. She wants to take your guns away.”

Trump said:

Hillary wants to disarm vulnerable Americans in high crime neighborhoods. Whether it’s a young single mom in Florida or a grandma in Ohio, Hillary wants them to be defenseless, wants to take away any chance they have of survival. And by the way, you have men and you have women sitting in an apartment, and outside is tremendous crime–tremendous crime of all kinds–and they need to be protected. And you know, the only way they are going to be able to protect themselves, and if you take that gun away from them, it’s going to be a very unfair situation. And that’s why we are going to call her “Heartless Hillary.”

Trump went on to call for Clinton’s body guards to “immediately disarm” so she can feel the way the defenseless single mom in Florida has to feel on any given night.

Hillary University: Bill Clinton Bagged $16.46 Million from For-Profit College as State Dept. Funneled $55 Million Back

With her campaign sinking in the polls, Hillary Clinton has launched a desperate attack against Trump University to deflect attention away from her deep involvement with a controversial for-profit college that made the Clintons millions, even as the school faced serious legal scrutiny and criminal investigations.

In April 2015, Bill Clinton was forced to abruptly resign from his lucrative perch as honorary chancellor of Laureate Education, a for-profit college company. The reason for Clinton’s immediate departure: Clinton Cashrevealed, and Bloomberg confirmed, that Laureate funneled Bill Clinton $16.46 million over five years while Hillary Clinton’s State Dept. pumped at least $55 million to a group run by Laureate’s founder and chairman, Douglas Becker, a man with strong ties to the Clinton Global Initiative. Laureate has donated between $1 million and $5 million (donations are reported in ranges, not exact amounts) tothe Clinton Foundation. Progressive billionaire George Soros is also a Laureate financial backer.

As the Washington Post reports, “Laureate has stirred controversy throughout Latin America, where it derives two-thirds of its revenue.” During Bill Clinton’s tenure as Laureate’s chancellor, the school spent over $200 million a year on aggressive telemarketing, flashy Internet banner ads, and billboards designed to lure often unprepared students from impoverished countries to enroll in its for-profit classes. The goal: get as many students, regardless of skill level, signed up and paying tuition.

“I meet people all the time who transfer here when they flunk out elsewhere,” agronomy student Arturo Bisono, 25, told the Post. “This has become the place you go when no one else will accept you.”

Others, like Rio state legislator Robson Leite who led a probe into Bill Clinton’s embattled for-profit education scheme, say the company is all about extracting cash, not educating students. “They have turned education into a commodity that focuses more on profit than knowledge,” said Leite.

Progressives have long excoriated for-profit education companies for placing profits over quality pedagogy. Still, for five years, Bill Clinton allowed his face and name to be plastered all over Laureate’s marketing materials. As Clinton Cash reported, pictures of Bill Clinton even lined the walkways at campuses like Laureate’s Bilgi University in Istanbul, Turkey. That Laureate has campuses in Turkey is odd, given that for-profit colleges are illegal there, as well as in Mexico and Chile where Laureate also operates.

Shortly after Bill Clinton’s lucrative 2010 Laureate appointment, Hillary Clinton’s State Dept. began pumping millions of its USAID dollars to a sister nonprofit, International Youth Foundation (IYF), which is run by Laureate’s founder and chairman, Douglas Becker. Indeed, State Dept. funding skyrocketed once Bill Clinton got on the Laureate payroll, according to Bloomberg:

advertisement

A Bloomberg examination of IYF’s public filings show that in 2009, the year before Bill Clinton joined Laureate, the nonprofit received 11 grants worth $9 million from the State Department or the affiliated USAID. In 2010, the group received 14 grants worth $15.1 million. In 2011, 13 grants added up to $14.6 million. The following year, those numbers jumped: IYF received 21 grants worth $25.5 million, including a direct grant from the State Department.

Throughout ten Democratic Party debates, Establishment Media have not asked Hillary Clinton a single question about she and her husband’s for-profit education scam.

Roger Kimball to Never Trumpers: ‘Clinton Cash’ Shows Hillary Is Even Worse Than You Think

by BREITBART NEWS16 May 201696

Roger Kimball writes in PJMediaabout the new documentary film “Clinton Cash” based on Peter Schweizer’s bestselling book by the same name, which premiered during the Cannes film festival this week. Read Kimball’s review below (emphasis in the original).

In his column for PJ Media, my friend Ron Radosh, the distinguished historian, outlines the case for believing that Hillary Clinton is the “lesser of two evils” compared to Donald Trump. Ron says that he is “fully aware” of Hillary’s liabilities, yet concludes: “On foreign policy, there is more hope that [she] will take a course that asserts American leadership abroad.”

SIGN UP FOR OUR NEWSLETTER

Ron is not alone in asserting this. Several prominent conservatives have, with varying degrees of hesitation (not to say repugnance), embraced Hillary Clinton as the less bad alternative to Donald Trump.

A new film, which will debut Monday at Cannes, may force them to reconsider that judgment.

Clinton Cash, the documentary film which I watched in previews yesterday, is based on the best-selling exposé of the same name by Peter Schweizer, the tireless investigative journalist who has devoted himself to confronting political corruption and crony capitalism regardless of the political affiliation of the perpetrators. Produced by Breitbart’s Stephen K. Bannon and directed by M. A. Taylor, Clinton Cash is crisply narrated by Schweizer and provides a relentless and devastating portrait of brazen financial venality in exchange for political favors.

[…]

Read the book. But then watch the documentary, coming to a television screen near you much sooner than the announced release date of July 24.

advertisement

It gives a detailed analysis of how the Clintons hypocritically mouth progressive pieties while selling out those values to multinational corporate interests on the one hand, and some of world’s creepiest political actors on the other.

Clinton Cash should outrage not only conservatives but also supporters of Hillary Clinton’s Democratic opponent Bernie Sanders. Despite its thriller-like scenarios, this brilliant documentary is not a partisan melodrama. It is a public service.

This should be watched by anyone who cares about restoring basic trust and accountability to our political life. The sad truth is, I conclude, Hillary Clinton is ostentatiously unfit to be President of the United States. We do not, pace my friend Ron Radosh, possess instruments delicate enough to determine that she is the “lesser of two evils.”

What we do know, however — what this documentary demonstrates beyond cavil — is that Bill and Hillary Clinton are as corrupt as they are hypocritical, lining their pockets by selling out the values they pretend to cherish. It makes for a repellent spectacle.

Exclusive — Donald Trump: ‘Clinton Cash’ Proves Hillary Is ‘Crooked As Hell’

Listen to Military Veteran Talk Radio iHeart.SmythRadio.com
Facebook.com/SmythRadio

by MATTHEW BOYLE12 May 2016NEW YORK CITY, New York3,078

NEW YORK CITY, New York — Real estate magnate Donald Trump, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, tells Breitbart News that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is “crooked as hell.”

“That’s why I call her ‘Crooked Hillary,’” Trump replied when Breitbart News asked him during the interview in his Trump Tower office how she could have gone from “dead broke” when she and her husband former President Bill Clinton left the White House to worth hundreds of millions of dollars today. “She’s crooked as hell.”

Trump’s tripling down on his nickname for Clinton–“Crooked Hillary”–comes as the Los Angeles Times reports that the name seems to be sticking to Clinton nationwide.

“All campaign long, pollsters have found that many voters — including some Democrats — don’t think she’s principled,” columnist Doyle McManus wrote this week. “Maybe it’s her four decades in bare-knuckle politics, ancient questions about investment deals in Arkansas, her entanglement in her husband’s personal scandals, her decision to set up a private email server when she was secretary of State, her big-dollar fundraising and speech fees — or all of the above. Fairly or not, Clinton can’t shed her history.”

In this interview with Breitbart News, Trump called out the Clintons for their paid speeches’ connections to actions they took around the world—a theme laid out in both the “Clinton Cash” book by Breitbart News senior editor-at-large and Government Accountability Institute president Peter Schweizer and in the subsequent film on the movie. The film, written and produced by Breitbart News executive chairman and GAI chairman Stephen K. Bannon and Dan Fleuette and directed by M.A. Taylor, will premiere at the Cannes Film Festival in France next week. Trump said the Clinton Cash book is “amazing” and that he is looking forward to seeing the movie.

“They made speeches for a lot of money and then things happened,” Trump told Breitbart News. “I mean, if you read that book, that book is amazing. How’s the movie? Did you see it? Let me know. If Steve [Bannon] is involved, it will be good.”

The film, which was screened for select media and political audiences here in Midtown, Manhattan, on Wednesday and will be again on Thursday, brings to life the revelations of several parts of the Clinton Cash book. It shows on the big screen in graphic detail how the Clintons used their influential connections worldwide to enrich themselves and their millionaire and billionaire friends while empowering many times corrupted world leaders and furthering plight of the world’s needy and poor in places like Africa and Haiti—all while jeopardizing U.S. interests by allowing Russia’s Vladimir Putin to have financial control of U.S. nuclear materials. This reporter saw the film at the screening on Wednesday.

advertisement

Trump also noted to Breitbart News that this pattern of the Clintons pocketing enormous amounts of cash with little effort—in large part due to their governmental connections—is nothing new. He pointed back to an seemingly forgotten scandal from the Clintons’ days in the Arkansas governor’s mansion when then Arkansas First Lady Hillary Clinton—before she was even the First Lady of the United States—made shocking financial gains off cattle purchases she made.

“It’s like her cattle deal, years ago—remember?” Trump said. “She made a cattle deal, and she made a phenomenal return in a very short time. They went to various cattle ranches, and they all said it’s impossible. In other words, she bought cattle and sold it—she made a massive return in a very short period of time. All these cattle people said it was impossible to do.”

Back in May 1994, writing about the 1978 Hillary Clinton cattle deals, the Washington Post’s Charles Babcock detailed exactly how suspect the deals were.

“Hillary Rodham Clinton was allowed to order 10 cattle futures contracts, normally a $12,000 investment, in her first commodity trade in 1978 although she had only $1,000 in her account at the time, according to trade records the White House released yesterday,” Babcock wrote in the Post on May 27, 1994.

The computerized records of her trades, which the White House obtained from the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, show for the first time how she was able to turn her initial investment into $6,300 overnight. In about 10 months of trading, she made nearly $100,000, relying heavily on advice from her friend James B. Blair, an experienced futures trader. The new records also raise the possibility that some of her profits — as much as $40,000 – came from larger trades ordered by someone else and then shifted to her account, Leo Melamed, a former chairman of the Merc who reviewed the records for the White House, said in an interview. He said the discrepancies in Clinton’s records also could have been caused by human error.

Trump questioned, in this interview, why Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont—Clinton’s only competitor in the Democratic presidential primary—has largely avoided these serious questions about the Clinton Cash issues during his campaign. Sanders has also given Clinton a pass on the email scandal with regards to her home-brew server, for which she is under criminal investigation by the FBI—which has 147 FBI agents working on the case.

“It’s amazed me that Bernie has not gone after that,” Trump said. “Two things amaze me: He hasn’t gone after the emails, and he hasn’t gone after the Clinton Cash. Unless they have some kind of side deal —which is shocking—it’s inconceivable that Bernie has not gone after that. And it’s also amazing that Bernie has not been complaining more about the super delegates.”

advertisement

Trump also noted that Clinton’s astonishing now 20 losses to Sanders in primaries and caucuses nationwide—but Sanders still trailing Clinton in the delegate race thanks in large part to super delegates who are party insiders not responsive to any voters whatsoever—is “unacceptable.”

“I think it’s unacceptable to a party and it’s a rigged system because of the super delegates, so it’s a very rigged system,” Trump said. “But I think it’s unacceptable to a party—why would anyone accept that, where she’s losing seemingly every single Tuesday? You watch and she loses. And you watch and she loses again. But then the pundits say, ‘oh he can’t win.’ I think it’s unacceptable to have someone lose that much that’s going to represent your party, but that’s their problem not mine.”

Trump said the exit polling from West Virginia showing that sizable portions of Democratic voters will support him in the general election if Hillary Clinton wins her party’s nomination in the end is proof he will win in November. He said they support him because he is strong on national security and right on trade deals.

“Because they know that I’m going to make the country safe and they know I’m going to make great trade deals,” Trump said. “One thing with Bernie that he’s got right is the trade deals are a disaster in this country. The difference is he can’t do anything about it—he wouldn’t know where to begin—whereas I’m going to make bad deals into great deals.”

Brendan Gauthier writes in Salon:

“Clinton Clash,” premiering at the Cannes Film Festival on May 16, is a “devastating” documentary, according to MSNBC, alleging Bill and Hillary Clinton used the Clinton Foundation to “help billionaires make shady deals around the world with corrupt dictators, all while enriching themselves to the tune of millions.”

The film, written and produced by Breitbart News executive chairman Stephen K. Bannon and directed by M.A. Taylor, is based on the New York Times bestselling book of the same name (subtitled “The Untold Story of How and Why Foreign Governments and Businesses Helped Make Bill and Hillary Rich”) by Peter Schweizer.

TIME: ‘Clinton Cash’ Is a ‘Scathing Broadside Aimed at Persuading Liberals’

Facebook.com/SmythRadio

by BREITBART NEWS12 May 2016412

Philip Elliot pens the followingreview for TIME Magazine of the new documentary “Clinton Cash,” based on the bestselling book by Peter Schweizer. Read the excerpt below.

It would be easy to dismiss an hour-long film adaptation of Peter Schweizer’s book about the charitable-political-nonprofit complex of Bill and Hillary Clinton as nothing more than conservative propaganda. But sitting in a Manhattan screening room late Wednesday, it quickly became clear that conservatives weren’t the intended audience for Clinton Cash.

Environmentalists. Anti-nuke activists. Gay-rights advocates. Good-government folks. They’re all going to find themselves increasingly uncomfortable over claims that the likely Democratic nominee, in the film’s words, takes cash from the “darkest, worst corners of the world.”

The 60-minute indictment of the Clintons will soon find its way to an awful lot of televisions ahead of November’s elections. Based on a heavily researched book by the same name, Clinton Cash is careful in laying out a series of facts that are mostly true, though both the book and the movie sometimes draws connections and conclusions that aren’t as solid as their evidence.

“When it comes to the Clintons, you have to follow the money,” Schweizer says in a rough-cut previewed for TIME.

No doubt, there are many places where dotted lines are smudged into solid ones, and some assumptions are made where concrete evidence of quid pro quo is impossible to prove. But as a work of persuasion, the movie is likely to leave on-the-fence Clinton supporters who see it feeling more unsure about casting a vote for her. Made by the conservative Breitbart News’ executive chairman, Stephen K. Bannon, and director M.A. Taylor, this film rises above the traditional campaign hit job.

[…]

advertisement

There are a lot of leaps of logic in the film, but the insinuations, told through a pattern of favorable results following cash to Clintons, make for a disheartening watch. For instance, Clinton pal Joe Wilson, a former U.S. Ambassador at the center of the Bush-era controversy over weapons of mass destruction, allegedly got a leg up for his investment firm with help from the Clintons in South Sudan. Then there is a $100 million pledge to the Clintons that coincided with favorable contracts in Nigeria and a $1.4 million speaking fee for Bill Clinton personally. Investor Marc Rich, who received a controversial last-minute pardon in 2001, even makes an appearance.

This is not a movie that is going to dissuade the #imwithher crowd from supporting Clinton. But it is a movie that might keep disaffected liberals at home, energize the Sanders supporters to keep up the fight even after their preferred candidate bows to reality and serve up new fodder for conservative talking heads on cable news. This isn’t a game-changing movie, but one that could keep some less enthusiastic voters on the sidelines.

Magazine Depicts Donkey with Hillary Tattoo Raping Donald Trump

OC Weekly

by ADELLE NAZARIAN5 May 201629

This week’s OC Weekly cover features a Democratic donkey, with a Hillary for America tattoo, raping a naked depiction of Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump.

The less-than-savory cover appears to be a take on the infamous Donkey Show myth in Mexico, in which a woman has sex with the animal.

“Yes, that is a Democratic ass on top of Donald Trump on the cover of this week’s dead-tree Weekly,” the magazine writes. “And it’s only fitting.”

The image was drawn by Hispanic “cartoonista” Lalo Alcaraz who was born in San Diego, California to Mexican parents. In the dialogue bubbles, the Clinton donkey says, “check out our Trump coverage!” while it shows off its abnormally large teeth. The Trump caricature depicts a flustered and humiliated man saying, “It’s yuuuge!”

The donkey, or ass, is the Democratic Party’s mascot.

The magazine offers the following description of its Charlie Hebdo-like cover choice, which it self-praises as “good stuff!”

For more than a year, the presumptive GOP presidential nominee has peddled all sorts of nasty myths against Mexicans, from painting undocumented immigrants as rapists and Typhoid Marias to insisting a massive wall on the U.S.-Mexico border will make America great again.” His campaign has grown as grotesque as adonkey show, those Tijuana spectacles that exist only in the fevered minds of gabachos, and it made a stop in Costa Mesa last week, with Trump the featured star and theWeeklydocumentingeveryscream, punch and lie. So it’s also only fittinglegendary cartoonista Lalo Alcarazcapture the moment, you know? Besides, Democrats violating Trump from behind is what he can expect when he faces Hillary Clinton come November. Enjoy our package, and don’t forget to register to vote!

BTW, the idea for this cover came from our former sister paper the Riverfront Times, who infamously had theDemocratic donkey humping former Missouri congressman Todd “Legitimate Rape” Akins on its cover in 2012—good stuff!

The OC Weekly cover arrives just one month away from the California primary, which will likely decide the state of the race in the Democratic Party. Clinton, the presumptive Democratic nominee, is just 178 total delegates away from clinching the party’s nomination.

Daily Mail: ‘Clinton Cash’ Film Explodes into Campaign

by BREITBART NEWS29 Apr 2016209

From the Daily Mail Geoff Earle writes:

The book that raked through the complex web of political, campaign fundraising, and political practices of Bill and Hillary Clinton last year and muddied Clinton’s presidential campaign launch is coming to the big screen just in time to cause Clinton trouble in the general election.

‘Clinton Cash’ is set to premiere the day before the Democratic convention in Philadelphia, and is based on the book by the same title by author Peter Schweizer.

Schweizer is joined by fellow producer Stephan K. Bannon of conservative outlet Breitbart news on the project.

A trailer for the film, which is directed by M.A. Taylor., features images of blood dripping down piles of cash, Bloomberg News reported.

The trailer kicks off with clip of Clinton complimenting foreign governments for ‘rooting out corruption’ – even as Schweizer, who is interviewed as part of the film, says the Clintons ‘created a model for massive self enrichment that allows you to go into so-called pub service but get extremely rich at the same time.’

The book’s release in May prompted a series of investigations by major news outlets into the fundraising practices of the Clinton foundation, which had accepted major contributions from corporations and foreign governments.

It also probed hefty speaking fees earned by the Clintons from foreign and domestic corporations after Bill Clinton left the White House, the foundation’s charity work, and Clinton’s time at the State Department.

Donald Trump on Benghazi: ‘Hillary Clinton Decided to Go Home and Sleep’

Listen to Military Veteran Talk Radio iHeart.SmythRadio.com

by ALEX SWOYER27 Apr 2016Washington, DC902

GOP frontrunner Donald Trump, looking toward the general election, criticized Democrat frontrunner Hillary Clinton and President Obama’s foreign policy during his formal address on Wednesday at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, D.C.

“We have made the Middle East more unstable and chaotic than ever before,” Trump said. “Our actions in Iraq, Libya and Syria have helped unleash ISIS. And we’re in a war against radical Islam, but President Obama won’t even name the enemy!”

“We’ve let our rivals and challengers think they can get away with anything,” he added. “If President Obama’s goal had been to weaken America, he could not have done a better job.”

Trump then turned his attention to Clinton.

“Hillary Clinton also refuses to say the words “radical Islam,” even as she pushes for a massive increase in refugees,” he jabbed.

Trump brought up the 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya where four Americans died under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s tenure.

After Secretary Clinton’s failed intervention in Libya, Islamic terrorists in Benghazi took down our consulate and killed our ambassador and three brave Americans. Then, instead of taking charge that night, Hillary Clinton decided to go home and sleep! Incredible.

Clinton blames it all on a video, an excuse that was a total lie. Our Ambassador was murdered and our Secretary of State misled the nation – and by the way, she was not awake to take that call at 3 o’clock in the morning.

“And now ISIS is making millions of dollars a week selling Libyan oil,” Trump charged, vowing, “This will change when I am president.”

Trump’s full foreign policy speech can be read here.

Hillary Emails: Intelligence Report Said Hezbollah Has Base in Cuba

Listen to Military Veteran Talk Radio
iHeart.SmythRadio.com

Reuters

by JORDAN SCHACHTEL17 Feb 2016Greenville, South Carolina200

A private intelligence report from Hillary Clinton’s confidant, Sid Blumenthal, claimed that Hezbollah, the Iran-backed terrorist organization, had set up shop in Cuba, according to an email released by the State Department over the weekend.

The group was actively “casing” facilities related to U.S. interests, the intelligence report also says.

The dispatch read:

During the week of September 5, 2011 extremely sensitive sources reported in confidence that the Israeli Intelligence and Security Service (Mossad) has informed the leadership of the Israeli Government that Hezbollah is establishing an operational base in Cuba, designed to support terrorist attacks throughout Latin America.

The confidential intelligence report from Blumenthal to Clinton continued:

These sources believe that Hezbollah supporters have been instructed to also begin casing facilities associated with the United States and the United Kingdom, including diplomatic missions, major banks, and businesses in the region. These individuals believe that the Hezbollah military commanders in Lebanon and Syria view these U.S. and U.K. entities as contingency targets to be attacked in the event of U.S. and British military intervention in either Syria or Iran, at some point in the future.

Breitbart News has reported extensively on Hezbollah’s encroachment into the western hemisphere, noting the group’s rapid rise in the west in recent years.

U.S. officials, members of Congress, and defense experts continue to warn that Iran is utilizing Hezbollah to expand its influence in the region, and is utilizing cultural centers and mosques to spread the message of the Shia Islamic revolution.

Moreover, a recent report alleged that Hezbollah is now “moving freely” throughout the United States and Latin America.

When reached by Breitbart News, the intelligence services of Canada and Mexico would not confirm or deny reports that Hezbollah had extensive operations already set up within the United States.

A State Department official recently acknowledged in a statement to Breitbart News: “Hizballah receives funding from supporters around the world who engage in a host of licit and illicit activities, some of which takes place in the Western Hemisphere.”

The Nuclear Option— ‘Firewall’: The Clintons Like Black People… So Long as They Know Their Place

by Charles Hurt 13 Feb 2016

Hillary Clinton’s “firewall,” they call it. They don’t even wink and nod anymore. But they all know what they mean by it.

By “they,” we are talking about the Democratic Party, the last plantation left in America. And by “firewall,” they are talking about the black voters they haul out every election to do whatever dirty work party leaders need done.

This year’s dirty work, of course, is finally heaving that cackling, pant-suited enabler Hillary Clinton over the line to the nomination. Let her have her shot so she will finally go away.

But the blindingly white Democratic voters in Iowa and New Hampshire either refused to do the dirty work or kicked up such a ruckus over being forced to do it that they made it plenty clear to the entire world just how much even Democrats cannot stand the Clintons anymore — especially Hillary.

Now on to Nevada and South Carolina where Democrats can boss voters around a little easier and order them into line for Mrs. Clinton. In South Carolina, the Democratic Party chairman once famously dismissed the notion that Democrats buy “the black vote” down there.

“I just want to rent it for one day,” he said. Funny guy.

Politics remains the last industry in America where racial profiling is not only tolerated, it is lustily embraced and the very lifeblood of pollsters, politicians and operatives. Battalions of demographers are employed in both parties to slice and dice voters based on racial profiling so that special messages can be tailored to each one.

If you got caught selling cigarettes or malt liquor like that, you would be jailed. Or, at the very least, be put out of business. Or shamed into oblivion.

But in politics, it is the North Star. And Mrs. Clinton will follow it to the South and the West.

Already, Mrs. Clinton has sewn up the support from the Congressional Black Caucus Political Action Committee, a sure sign of her establishment status. And hit men have been dispatched.

Rep. John Lewis (D-GA), Georgia Democrat, dismissed Sen. Bernard Sanders (I-VT)’ claim to have worked for the civil rights movement.

“I never saw him. I never met him,” said Mr. Lewis, who has dutifully lined up behind Clinton.

Eight years ago, the great lion of the civil rights movement had endorsed Hillary Clinton. But in late February as the momentum gathered for then-Sen. Barack Obama, Mr. Lewis deserted the Clintons.

We all remember what happened last time somebody messed with the Clinton’s “firewall” in South Carolina. Bubba got dispatched to take Barack Obama out at the knees, comparing him to lifelong race-hustler Rev. Jesse Jackson.

Sure, the FIRE. And wait their turn.

After all, look at all the black friends they have. I mean, she got endorsed by the entire Congressional Black Caucus Political Action Committee!

Then along comes Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), who is perhaps the whitest person to ever run for president in American history. And he hails from what is probably the whitest state in the country.

One of the great scenes of this election filled with so many great moments was when Mr. Sanders became so flustered and disoriented by Black Lives Matter protesters joining him on stage that he fled.

So it is understandable that he might be a little lost stepping out of the privileged confines of New Hampshire, which is almost as white as his neighboring home of Vermont. He did what any desperate Democrat does in a crisis like this. He called Al Sharpton and asked for a very public meeting at a diner.

They met at Sylvia’s, a soul food joint in Harlem. (And who said Bernie can’t jump?) Mr. Sanders brought along so many photographers and reporters to capture the moment he sat at a table with an actual black person that they had to put up a velvet rope to give them a little room.

Now, I have not personally confirmed this but I was told that at this very moment, Mr. Sanders and Mr. Sharpton are still sitting at that table inside Sylvia’s Restaurant, behind that velvet rope.

Turns out that when the bill came, neither one of them had ever picked up a tab in their lives so they just sat there. Just the two of them. And the bill. Every few minutes, one of them will wordlessly point with their eyes to the check as if to day, “You’re getting this, right?”
