FBI Recommends No Charges for Hillary Clinton over Email Server

WASHINGTON (AP) — The FBI won’t recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server while secretary of state, agency Director James Comey said Tuesday, lifting a major legal threat to her presidential campaign.

Comey’s decision almost certainly brings the legal part of the issue to a close and removes the threat of criminal charges. Attorney General Loretta Lynch said last week that she would accept the recommendations of the FBI director and of career prosecutors.

“No charges are appropriate in this case,” Comey said in making his announcement.

But Comey made that statement after he delivered a blistering review of Clinton’s actions, saying the FBI found that 110 emails were sent or received on Clinton’s server containing classified information. He said Clinton and her aides were “extremely careless” and added that it was possible that people hostile to the U.S. had gained access to her personal email account.

Yet he added that after looking at similar circumstances, the agency believed that “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.”

The announcement came three days after the FBI interviewed Clinton for hours in a final step of its yearlong investigation into the possible mishandling of classified information.

Though his recommendation apparently ends the legal threat, it’s unlikely to wipe away many voters’ concerns about Clinton’s trustworthiness. And it probably won’t stop Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, who has called for criminal charges, from continuing to make the server a campaign issue.

Clnton’s personal email server, which she relied on exclusively for government and personal business, has dogged her campaign since The Associated Press revealed its existence in March 2015.

She has repeatedly said that no email she sent or received was marked classified, but the Justice Department began investigating last summer following a referral from the inspectors general for the State Department and the intelligence community.

The scrutiny was compounded by a critical audit in May from the State Department’s inspector general, the agency’s internal watchdog, which said that Clinton and her team ignored clear warnings from department officials that her email setup violated federal standards and could leave sensitive material vulnerable to hackers. Clinton declined to talk to the inspector general, but the audit said that she had feared “the personal being accessible” if she used a government email account.

The Clinton campaign said agents interviewed her this past Saturday for three and one-half hours at FBI headquarters. Agents had earlier interviewed top Clinton aides including her former State Department chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, and Huma Abedin, a longtime aide who now is the vice chairwoman of Clinton’s campaign.

Lynch on Friday said that she would accept whatever findings and recommendations were presented to her. Though she said she had already settled on that process, her statement came days after an impromptu meeting with Bill Clinton on her airplane in Phoenix that she acknowledged had led to questions about the neutrality of the investigation.

Feminist icon Emma Sulkowicz, known for her infamous “Mattress Girl” rape allegations and protest demonstration, was awarded the 2016 Woman of Courage award by the National Organization for Women last week.

In 2014, Sulkowicz carried her dormitory mattress around campus in protest after she claimed that a fellow student raped her at the college in 2012. The mattress was carried everywhere, including to Sulkowicz’s graduation, prompting a huge media storm surrounding the student who media dubbed “Mattress Girl.”

However, in early 2015 it was reported that Sulkowicz had repeatedly told her “rapist” she loved him through leaked text messages after the “attack”, with the alleged rapist Paul Nungesser eventually being pardoned by the campus due to lack of evidence. Nungesser was repeatedly threatened, harassed, and assaulted during the lengthy campus trial, and Nungesser reported multiple rescinded job offers and missed opportunities due to the accusations.

Sulkowicz claimed that Nungesser had beaten her in bed after agreeing to mutually consensual sex, before he allegedly forced anal upon her. Nungesser, however, denied this story and claimed that their sexual encounters were entirely consensual. Nungesser theorized that Sulkowicz’s claims against him were due to the fact that he had decided to split up with her shortly after the encounter.

After gaining mass media attention, Sulkowicz broke into the spotlight again in 2015 after releasing a supposed recreation of the rape in a bizarre sex tape form, where she could be seen performing fellatio on an overweight man before being beaten in what she claims to have been a consensual tape.

Two days after the alleged assault,Sulkowicz texted Nungesser saying “I feel like we need to have some real time where we can talk about life and thingz because we still haven’t really had a paul-emma chill sesh since summmmerrrr”. The following month, Sulkowicz messaged Nungesser saying “I want to see yoyououoyou”, and on her birthday in October after Nungesser had wished Sulkowicz a happy birthday, the infamous Mattress Girl replied with “I love you Paul. Where are you?!?!?!?!”

Numerous other inconsistencies in Sulkowicz story, including the texts above, meant that the campus trial was eventually thrown out, though not before it permanently tarnished Nungesser’s name and reputation. And now Sulkowicz is being rewarded for it.

“Sulkowicz did what many rape victims cannot do; she channeled her fear into a public demonstration and brought attention to her rapist’s despicable act and highly inadequate punishment” announced National Organization for Women president Terry O’Neill. “Emma is an inspiration to all of us.”

“I never imagined that someday I would be honored by such an immensely important organization. It feels like a dream” said Sulkwicz to artnet News. “It’s truly humbling. People should check out NOW’s amazing history, because we really do owe so many of our rights to that organization.”

Despite the lack of evidence and the fact that the case was dismissed by credible authorities, Sulkwicz still maintains her story on the alleged assault, and is still hailed as a feminist icon.

Monday on Newsmax TV’s “The Steve 

Malzberg Show,” Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol, who is a self-described member of the “never Trump” movement, was asked if there’s anything GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump could do to win him over. Kristol said he was “never Trump,” but added a “never say nyever” caveat.

Kristol said, “For me it’s more of a matter of character. I don’t know that you can change your character at age 69, and given the things he’s said even very recently about other people, the way he demeans other people. But I mean, I guess never say never. On the one hand, I’ll say never Trump, and on the other hand, I’ll say never say never and I’ll leave it ambiguous.”

Greenville, Indiana Saturday, April 30, 2016

A nasty argument broke out between Carly Fiorina and Heidi Cruz, after Heidi Cruz confronted Fiorina about sleeping with her husband, GOP Presidential candidate Lyin’ Ted Cruz, in a Pizza restaurant’s restroom in Greenville, Indiana on Saturday afternoon.

On the campaign trail, Carly Fiorina, running mate to Republican presidential candidate Lying Ted Cruz, and Congressman Marlin Stutzman ( a senate candidate), along with first lady hopeful Heidi Cruz, came to Mozzi’s Pizza in Greenfield for lunch Saturday afternoon.

An employee of Mozzi’s Pizza who was in a restroom occupied by Cruz and Fiorina, heard Cruz and Fiorina screaming at each other outside her stall, saying that:

“I trusted you. I allow you in my home and trust you with my children. So how do you repay me….by f….ing (expletive) my husband.” [Cruz]

“It wasn’t my fault. He came on to me and I really didn’t think you would care…it’s not like I was the first woman he ever cheated on you with.” [Fiorina]

Allegedly, their altercation nearly turned violent with further harsh words levied by both Cruz and Fiorina, but calmed down shortly after the manager of the restaurant, Steve Geyer, knocked on the door of the restroom, in an attempt to quell the argument.

Steve Geyer said that the restaurant learned of Fiorina’s intended visit late Friday night and the staff felt honored to have such a high-profile campaign choose their establishment to visit for lunch.

Later that Saturday afternoon, Stuzman, Fiorina and Cruz, braved the rain on the footsteps of the Hancock Courthouse in downtown Greenville, to pitch their campaign spills to a small crowd of people.

Obviously, Heidi Cruz, still very emotionally upset from her earlier altercation with Fiorina, made the following statement, calling her husband an “Immigrant”.

“We have been unifying this party. Five of those 17 candidates have endorsed our campaign. And different parts of the party. We’ve been unifying fiscal conservatives. Evangelicals. Young people.

Do you know that Ted has been winning the millennial vote in state after state? He’s been winning the women’s vote in state after state. Ted is an immigrant. He is Hispanic. He can unify this party.

We have libertarians joining our cause. I have people everyday from the Democrat party telling that they have re-registered to vote for Ted as a Republican because they understand what he stands for and he represents American values.”

In attempt to clean up the possible media fallout from Heidi’s allegations that Lying Ted is an immigrant and therefore ineligible to run for President, a Cruz campaign spokesman later claimed Mrs. Cruz misspoke.

“As she has in numerous speeches over and over, Heidi was referring to Ted as being the son of an immigrant,” said spokeswoman Catherine Frazier.

“That is a story she shares repeatedly on the campaign trail. It is an integral part of his background and personal story, one which resonates with the millions of Americans who share a similar background, and that gives hope to those struggling to climb the economic ladder.”

Whether or not Heidi Cruz was deliberately trying to sabotage her cheating husband’s campaign or not, is a matter of speculation. However, if Melania Trump had said same thing about her husband, Donald Trump, it would have been on every television news show and front page of every major newspaper in the country, that evening.

It does not shock me at all that the main stream media has nothing to say about both of the aforementioned incidents.  I found the Washington Examiner article concerning Heidi Cruz’s immigrant remarks, which lead me to dig further in to it.  (said article has a audio recording of Heidi Cruz’s immigrant remarks)

A couple calls to the Pizza place and some digging in some local blogs lead me to the woman who overheard the fight in the bathroom.  I actually talked to the restaurant employee who furnished me with the above quotes.

However, she is asking not to be named until she can talk to her families attorney.  My gut feeling is that she is hopeful for fame and money from movie and or book deals…who knows.  It will be interesting to see what, if anything,  the main stream media will write about this.

Our case study into this issue was just performed (9.21pm CST March 27, 2016) and although the sign up process could have been altered, it is a possibility that someone else did use the email address of Senator Cruz to occupy the account.  On the flip side to that disclosure, the questions is:

Why would someone use his email address and then not have access to the website if they ever needed a password change?  Actually, why ever do it at all?

Summary:

Do we know with certainty that Ted Cruz created this account?  We cannot answer.  This could have been done by an aide, staffer or other working with Ted Cruz with access to that email address without his knowledge.

Do we believe that Ted Cruz created and/or had access to utilize this account?  You better believe we do!

We don’t pretend to know Government protocol for email.  We only know not to get any advice from Hillary Clinton on that matter.  We’ve just went through an entire sign up process on the AshleyMadison.com website and our findings are below.

1.  Sign up was straight forward.  We entered our information and ticked the we agree with the terms of service check box and were off and away.
2. We received our account creation email.  However, there was no account activation link or confirmation link.  Here is the fine print in the bottom of the “Welcome to Day 1 of your Ashley Madison experience”.

Liz Mair’s Anti-Trump Super PAC Has Same Mailing Address as Carly Fiorina’s Campaign

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Consultant Liz Mair’s controversial anti-Donald Trump super PAC shares a mailing address with Carly Fiorina’s presidential campaign, which just re-launched as a nonprofit.

Mair’s PAC Make America Awesome is under fire after it ran a sexist advertisement in Utah featuring Trump’s wife Melania, a model, posing nude. The ad encouraged people to vote for Ted Cruz. Mair is open about the fact that she is helping to boost Cruz, though Cruz has denied involvement with the ad.

But how does Make America Awesome make money?

According to the PAC’s most recent report, filed on February 29, 2016, the group listed only seven donors as having given $200 or more, including consultant Juleana Glover, a former George W. Bush and Bill Kristol employee who now works for Teneo Holdings, an advisory firm linked to Bill Clinton.

The PAC takes money in envelopes at a PO box in Alexandra, Virginia.

“If you would like to donate by mail, send checks to: Make America Awesome PO Box 26141 Alexandria, VA 22313,” the PAC’s website states.

The PAC’s Facebook page also lists its address as “PO Box 26141” in “Alexandria, Virginia.”

That PO box also happens to be the mailing address for Carly for America, which was Fiorina’s presidential campaign and just re-launched as a nonprofit organization.

Carly for America was still listed at PO Box 26141 in Alexandria at the time of its last monthly FEC filing on March 20, 2016, according to the Federal Election Commission.

Carly for America Committee listed PO Box 26141 in Alexandria on its FEC public disclosure form on February 26, 2015.

Fiorina sent out an email on March 23 announcing that Carly for America is back, and will help to elect “consevative candidates.” Fiorina has endorsed Ted Cruz.

Fiorina said in her re-launch email:

First, we will identify principled conservative candidates from outside the political class, who aren’t afraid of a fight and aren’t afraid to shake up the status quo—and we will introduce them to the American people. Second, we will give them the critical boost they need to win: by campaigning with them, supporting them, and fundraising for them. Anything we can do to make sure they have all the resources they need to amplify their voices, bypass the media and the establishment, and win over voters.

Mair did not return requests for comment for this report.
